I have been riding a moped for several years, and I very much enjoyed that. It is very light weight, and easy to carry along. And, a moped did not need much space on the road too. One did have to be a bit defensive though when riding along roads where the traffic got heavy.

As I began working for a company a bit distant from my home, I sensed the need to have a car. Going by car would need less time than going with a moped.

So, I started taking driving lessons for getting the driver's license. The driving lessons cost was a bit expensive for me, but I had to take it since it was a necessity. The lessons took about three weeks to be ready for me to take the driving tests, theory and practical driving.

It was an excellent driving lessons programme. The lessons emphasized on defensive driving at all times. Defensive driving would always be the safest way to be on the roads where the traffic got very heavy.

I was quite nervous when going for the driving tests. But, to my surprise, I did very well and passed the tests at the very first time. My instructor was so glad that I did so well. I told him that he deserved all the credit for that.

I was all set and so excited to have the possibility to drive a car. So, I then had to look around and buy a suitable car.

There was a motor trade in the city where I lived, and another one in a nearby city too. I firstly visited the motor trade in my city, and checked around the different models being promoted. There were a number of choices, different makes, different sizes, safety features, and so forth. To be able to make the right choice, I also visited the motor trade in the nearby city. There were some different models there for different levels of prices.

I finally decided on a car, mid-sized and at the price level affordable to me. I made a test drive too before making the final decision. I was quite happy with the choice.
